011. Scope of services
The provider offers web development services (creation, maintenance, consulting) and photography/videography services (shooting, retouching, reportage). These services are performed according to the client's needs as expressed at the time of ordering.
022. Ordering process and pricing
Any service requires a prior quote valid for 30 days. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote. Prices are in Euros. As a self-employed micro-enterprise, VAT does not apply pursuant to article 293 B of the French CGI.
033. Intellectual property
Web development: The client acquires ownership of the source code after full payment. Photography & Video: Delivered digital files are intended for personal or restricted professional use (web, internal communication). The provider retains copyright on their creations. Any intensive commercial use (national advertising, print sales) requires a specific rights transfer agreement subject to a written contract.
044. Modifications (Maintenance & retouching)
To ensure deliverable quality, the following policy applies: Warranty: A 30-day warranty period is offered to fix any technical bugs on web projects. Included revisions: 3 minor changes are included after delivery, provided they are submitted as a single structured list within 7 days of receipt. Additional work: Any request for major changes or new features will be subject to a supplementary quote.
055. Payment terms and disputes
Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 30 days of issue. Late payment triggers late-payment penalties at the statutory interest rate, plus a flat-rate recovery fee of €40. In the event of a dispute, the commercial court of Sarreguemines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
